Short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and our calculator never sends what you type anywhere.

What we collect

Newsletter: If you subscribe, we store your email address with our email provider (Kit) so we can send The Receipt. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
Website analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
Calculator: Everything you enter is processed in your own browser. It is not stored or transmitted.
Email to us: If you write to us, we keep the message to reply.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address the way any web request does. Embedded videos, if any, load only when you click play and use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, or ask us to delete your email address by writing to hello@chartthecost.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the rights to access, correct, and object under GDPR.

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
